Women's Health Program

Dr. Fiona is our women's and hormonal health specialist at White Lotus.  She treats a variety of conditions including endometriosis, uterine fibroids, irregular menstrual cycles, menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding), menstrual pain, bio-identical hormone analysis, premenstrual syndrome, menopausal concerns, hormonal mood and sleep disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome, ovarian cysts, breast cysts and cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical dysplasia and HPV, bacterial and atrophic vaginitis, recurrent yeast infections, adrenal conditions, pituitary conditions, and osteoporosis.

She also treats hormonal conditions in men, including low testosterone, infertility and adrenal conditions.

The first visit for this program is 90 minutes, which will include a full health assessment in order to determine the causes in your case.  Blood or lab tests may be conducted in order to obtain more information.  A treatment plan will be designed for you which will evolve over time, aimed at removing the causes of the health concerns, restoring hormonal balance, and preventative medicine concerning the different aspects of your case.

Treatments often include nutritional and dietary modification, nutraceutical supplements, functional foods, herbal medicines, and acupuncture if deemed beneficial to your case.  Science based therapies with research to back their efficacy are used to ensure the best results for you.  We are always willing to provide you with information and answer your questions regarding your diagnosis and/or treatments.
